In another, as a distributed content management solution that creates an adaptive layer of organization, awareness and access on top of the federal enterprise architecture, allowing each piece to be placed in context of the entire collection with strong, virtual semantic correlation. Information sharing is a priority for the Homeland security and intelligence agencies.
